Small group training programs with a maximum of 5 athletes per group are offered to kids ages 8 and up. Groups are small to allow for focus on the individual athlete to ensure proper form and to maximize results. Registration for basketball training is available NOW! Sessions are 1.5 hours and are offered 3 x per week throughout the summer. Dates are listed below and you may select dates when booking online. Weekly rates and Summer membership are also available to those athletes planning to attend multiple sessions- see below for discounted rates!
- Basketball Training Program: Led by Justin, Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist with 20 years experience training basketball players. Sessions are intense and include agility work, strength training and basketball drills in an indoor/outdoor facility. Pay per class with online booking, or register for multiple dates on the form below. Please include in the comment form: Child's Name, Age, Dates Requested. You will receive an email and confirmation to let you know if the dates are available. We will invoice your total, and at least 50% deposit must be received to reserve your spot! - Training will focus on preparatory movements for basketball including vertical jumping, lateral quickness, acceleration and deceleration, change of direction, and basketball-specific strength training. Athletes will perform these movements in combination with on-court drills.
- Advanced Athlete Prep: 12:00 pm-1:30 pm
- Gain the edge you need to tackle whatever sport you play with advanced training in athletic performance. Small group sessions of a maximum of 5 athletes are provided by Justin, Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist. Sessions will focus on vertical jump, lateral quickness, and starting speed that are critical to all sports. Join for all 6 sessions for ideal results, or sign up for what you can do. - Summer Membership: Join for the summer to enjoy unlimited basketball training sessions-- up to 24 sessions for a discounted price, saving over 16% per session, or consider 4 sessions to be free with this membership.
