sports conditioning & Personal Training

Improve your athletic performance, develop explosive strength, speed and agility, enhance your sport skills and prepare for high school, college, professional, or recreational level sports.

Strength Conditioning- combines Olympic weightlifting, speed, agility, quickness training, and plyometrics (jump training) designed to meet the specific needs of the athlete; improves muscle balance to reduce risk of injury

Athlete Evaluation & Consultation- an evaluation to assess the athletic readiness of the individual; this will be very helpful for the aspiring college athlete to determine what weaknesses can be improved and what strengths can be built upon

Basketball Training Programs- individual or small group training for ages 8 and up including agility work, strength training, and basketball drills

Personal Training- individual consultation to develop goals for fitness and weight management; learn proper weightlifting techniques; build muscle and burn fat with metabolic training methods; enjoy privacy and individual attention; partner or small group training is available
