Basketball training programs
Led by Justin, Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist with 20 years experience training basketball players. Includes 1 intense hour of agility work, strength training, and basketball drills for ages 8 and up. Minimum 2 per session to receive this rate. $35/per session or buy a package of 10 to receive discounted rate of $325. Mondays 6:00-7:00 pm.
Complete strength conditioning
Gain the edge you need to tackle whatever sport you play with advanced training in athletic performance. Small group sessions of a maximum of 5 athletes are provided by Justin, Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist. Sessions will focus on vertical jump, lateral quickness, and starting speed that are critical to all sports. Tuesdays 6:00-6:45 pm.

basic training for cheerleaders
Improve balance and learn proper lifting techniques while building sport-specific strength. Reduce risk of injury and improve performance in jumps and stunts. Includes 15 minutes of yoga for flexibility and core strength. Join for every week by purchasing a package or per class. Runs 9/11-10/30. Mondays 7-7:45 pm. Limited spots available!
