Led by Justin, Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist with 20 years experience training basketball players. Sessions are intense and include agility work, age-appropriate strength training and basketball drills.
advanced athlete prep training programs
Gain the edge you need to tackle whatever sport you play with advanced training in athletic performance. Small group sessions of a maximum of 5 athletes are provided by Justin, Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist. Sessions will focus on vertical jump, lateral quickness, and starting speed that are critical to all sports.

basic training for cheerleaders
