SUMMER BASKETBALL CAMP

Explosive Strength and Speed is now offering 3 hour summer basketball camp! Here is what to expect:
  • 12-12:15 Active Warm-ups
  • 12:15-12:45 Basketball skills and drills
  • 12:45-1:15 Ball handling focus
  • 1:15-1:30 Drink/ snack break
  • 1:30-2:00 Strength Training
  • 2:00-2:30 Basketball agility, speed, and explosiveness drills
  • 2:30-3:00 Game simulations and court awareness drills
Boys' camp will be held from Monday August 20- Thursday August 23 from 12 pm - 3 pm.  Girls' camp will be from Monday August 13- Thursday August 16 from 12 pm - 3 pm.  If those weeks do not work for your child, consider signing up for our Small Group Basketball Training, available throughout the summer!
